Today I make a stupid mistake.
Everyone know mentega means butter. I know! Since tadika. Its basic! And I don't know what comes into my mind today because when I read mentega in mum's recipe book I take a marjerin. And you know when you replace butter with marjerin, you end up with a veryveryvery oily cake. And I make it for 2 batches. 2 batches = 3 cakes.
